Food and travel have always been my biggest passions. I’ve visited countless restaurants and explored flavors all over the world, but in 2020, I took a bold step and opened my own place in Esztergom, Hungary: 42 Restaurant. In just two years, it made history as Hungary’s first Michelin-starred restaurant outside of Budapest, earning the star in November 2022.

Riding on that success, 2023 brought a new adventure: the opening of Piac 42, a casual bistro with a creative twist. Within its first year, it grabbed a Michelin recommendation.

With a life full of travel and a deep love for gastronomy, I wanted to share more than just meals.I wanted to tell stories. So, in February 2023, I launched Alexander the Guest on YouTube, diving into the world of Michelin-starred restaurants and unforgettable dining experiences. The channel took off, and now hundreds of thousands tune in to join the journey.
